Can you fix my drone?

We have a dedicated technician who builds all our drones. He is phenomenally talented as well a being a cool guy! If you contact us, we can give you estimate for the repair work. You`ll then need to send it to us for an accurate quote.

Can you build me a custom quadcopter?

As above, our technician is capable of building most quads – freestyle, longrange or cinewhoops. If you let us know what you would like, we can get it built within 10-14 days. If it is a frame that we don`t stock, it may take us a little longer but speak to us and we can let you know.

Do you ship Overseas?

We can ship overseas but please contact us on sales@hobbybitz.co.uk  Most of our sales are within the UK and therefore our site only calculates shipping to the UK. We are happy to provide a shipping quote to any destination. .

My item isn`t working, what should I do?

We get very few returns and this isn`t often an issue, but should you have a problem with your order, please get in touch. If you contact us and let us know the problem we will try and help and should we agree the item is faulty, we will issue a return and refund. We want our customers to be happy with our items and so we will always do what we can to get any problems resolved. Please see our returns policy for more details. 

Are all your items in Stock?

All our items are in stock in our warehouse in the UK. If we sell out then we show this on our website! We import some of our items from China, some from America and also have a lot of UK suppliers but all our items are held in the UK!

How long do you take to dispatch?

We normally dispatch on the same day if your order is placed in the morning but we ask that you give us 48 hours. We don`t work Sunday and this is the only day we try and have off. Even then you`ll probably catch us on facebook messenger!

Can you ship special delivery?

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 which is business tracked. We can use a special delivery service but this will be more expensive and you`ll need to talk to us to arrange it. Use our contact page or speak to us on the messenger service. We are very restricted how we send our lipos so I`m afraid we haven`t any option how we send these out.

Why are you not answering our email?

If you have emailed us and haven`t got a reply within 24 hours, please try again or use our message service. We get a lot of spam and the odd message can be missed. We also have a phone number on our contact page. It is likely that this WILL go to messaging service but we check this every day and will reply/call you back when we are free later in the day!
