Italeri 6046 American Infantry 1/72 WWII Figure

The 1st Infantry Division, better known as “the big red one”, is the prototype of the infantry troops of the U.S. Army during World War II.

It took part in Operation Torch in November 1942, the Sicily landings, the Normandy landings on June 6, 1944, the Battle of the Ardennes and the final advance into German territory in 1945.

The figures of the kit are represented with the typical individual equipment of American infantrymen: the M1 Garand rifle, the B.A.R. automatic rifle, the M3 “Grease Gun” and the famous Bazooka.
